Eligible for Refund

- Charged after cancellation request was submitted
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not available in these cases:
- Change of mind after using the service
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Violation of terms of service
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund with no questions asked.

3. Trial Subscriptions
Our 72-hour trial subscriptions for €0.10 are designed to let you test our premium features. Due to the low cost and full feature access, trial subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend using the trial period to fully evaluate the service.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
5. Refund Processing
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe there is an unauthorized charge on your account, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.
